At Shiro Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed pieces within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Shiro Studio tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
